Often, Picky Eating or eating very little by children can be stimulated by a various number of factors:

Children tend to emulate what they see around them. Parents, guardians and nannies tend to show them most things they display unknowingly. Hence, for the sake of your child, try to eat those foods they appear to dislike.

So, teach them to mix  a lot of food well. HOW?
1.You can include these diets into your family meal plan and take it together as a family. It serves as an encouragement when both dad and mum are eating the same thing to kids.
They’ll love to taste what their parents are eating. There have been lots of testimonies from this method.
2.Break Large meals into small units
This is a point where most nutritionists disagree about what is right and what is not. Some believe that breaking meals can make a picky eater in the long run while this technique has helped a lot of kids improve on their feeding.
Children need to eat or get refreshed regularly, somme hourly, or 3 hours basis.

3. Never rush a new food into the schedule
As I have said, Children have a tendency ti be neophobic that is resisting new things, food etc.
So, If you discover a new type of food your family may love, introduce it slowly into your family diet.
Slo and steady here, surely wins the race.
Do not try to act out the short-order cook.That is, cooking two separate fods; one for yur chikd and the ther for you and your husband.
It’s wrong. It discourages the child mst times, and what otains is a bad picky eater—remember no one wants to eat in isolation
4.Reduce Junk and promote Healthy foods
Junks are foods that do not contribute  any nutritional value to yiour child.
Hence, try as much as possible to reduce them to the barest and fill up their spaces with nutritious short bites and delicious food.
5.Experts advise that children should ot be given bribes for eating.
Never give incentives for eating good food.
It is detrimental to their health
And eat as a family.
It encourages the child.
